BHEL recruitment of Assistant Officer HR

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) invites applications for the post of Assistant Officer (HR) Grade II. There are 150 vacancies.

Educational qualifications: Full time regular Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) / Bachelor’s of Business Management (BBM) / Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with Personnel Management /IR/HR/Labour Welfare as one of the major subjects from a recognized Indian University/ Institute with Minimum 65 % marks or Equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all years/semesters (relaxable to 60 % for SC/ST candidates).
Upper Age limit as on 1st August, 2011: 30 Years (Candidates born before  01/08/1981 are not eligible to apply).

Post Qualification Work Experience (as on 01/08/2011): - Minimum Three years of Work experience in HR function in manufacturing Unit or Project Site of a Listed Company.  

For Departmental candidates (regular employees of BHEL): Departmental candidates meeting the job specification and who have completed one year of service after regularisation into the regular salary scale of BHEL.

Selection process: This will consist of only Personal Interview.

Note: Before joining, selected candidates will have to undergo medical examination by the Company's Authorised Medical Officer and the appointment will be subject to meeting the health standards prescribed by the Company.
