2013 IBPS latest exam for Bank recruitment of Specialist Officers

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be conducting the 2^nd Common Written Examination (CWE SPL-II) for recruitment of Specialist Officers posts at 20 public sector banks. The bank recruitment exam for the specialist cadre posts in the banks will be conducted by IBPS tentatively in March 2013.

Selection Process

1.You must first appear for the Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS.

2.If you qualify through the CWE SPL-II, you will subsequently be called for a common interview to be co-ordinated by IBPS.

3. As per the vacancies in each bank of your preference, you will receive through a computerised system, an offer from one of the participating public sector banks listed above. 

Note: The system of CWE and common interview for recruitment of specialist officer in the participating banks has the approval of the appropriate authorities.

How to Apply for IBPS bank recruitment exam  2013

• Registration to appear for the CWE SPL-II exam has to be made online at the official website of IBPS and not at the website of any participating bank.
• Read all instructions carefully for the process of exam and interview. 
• Check out  the eligibility criteria before applying. All details about the online registration process, payment of application fee/intimation charges, issuance of call letters & score cards as well as the pattern of the exam are available at the IBPS website.

Important Dates

• Start date for online registration: 10^th January 2013
• Online Payment of Application Fees: 10^th January 2013 to 28^th January 2013
• Offline Payment of Application Fees: 12^th January 2013 to 1^st February 2013
• Last date for Online Registration: 28^th January 2013
• Download of Call Letter for Exam: After 6^th March 2013
• Tentative Date of Online Exam: 16^th March 2013 or 17^th March 2013
