2013 IBPS latest exam for Bank recruitment of Specialist Officers

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be conducting the 2^nd Common Written Examination (CWE SPL-II) for recruitment of Specialist Officers posts at 20 public sector banks. The bank recruitment exam for the specialist cadre posts in the banks will be conducted by IBPS tentatively in March 2013.

2012 IBPS CWE exam for recruitment of Bank Clerks

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be conducting a common written exam (CWE) as  a pre-requisite for selecting candidates for the post of clerks in various public sector banks in India. This exam will be conducted by IBPS tentatively in December 2012. Those candidates who qualify in this exam will subsequently be called for a common interview to be co-ordinated by IBPS.

Union Bank of India recruitment project of Credit Officers 2011

Union Bank of India invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Credit Officer (MMGS-III).

Number of Vacancies: 450

Age (as on 12th September 2011): Minimum 21yrs / Maximum 40yrs. [max.age exclusive of relaxation for reserved category]

Educational Qualifications:

Degree of a recognised University or equivalent with 60% marks in the final year of Degree course.( 55% for Reserved Category candidates).

Note: If you are a candidate who has acquired professional qualification like C.A /I.C.W.A / C.S after completing std XII & without completing the Graduation, the requirement of minimum qualification of Graduation will be waived. However, you should have cleared the Inter exam of C.A /I.C.W.A / C.S course in maximum 2 attempts and the final exam in maximum 3 attempts.

In addition: You should have completed a Course in Computer Awareness & Office Automation (In Computer Basics , DOS, Office, Internet & E-Mail) for duration of minimum 60 hours from a reputed Computer Training Institute. This requirement will be waived in case of those Graduates / post Graduates where Computer Awareness or Knowledge was part of their Curriculum at the undergraduate / post graduate level.

Preferable: Qualifications such as C.A /I.C.W.A / C.S / M.B.A/JAIIB/ CAIIB/Diploma in Banking & Finance (IIBF) or from AFC Institute of Management and Technology (AIMTEC) will be an added advantage. 

Experience & Skills:  

• You should be in MMGS-II or equivalent i.e. one Scale above the entry level Scale applicable for Officer cadre. 
• You should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Officer in a PSU Bank or reputed Private Bank of which at least 3 years as Credit processing Officer 
• You should have sound knowledge of Banking Industry & Financial Markets.
